Which languages can the manuals be in?

Any. Each manual is ingested in its own language. Questions are asked in English for now; when the match is in a German or Japanese manual, the answer shows that passage in German or Japanese, cited to the original page.

Can it read scanned manuals and drawings?

Scanned pages are read with OCR when it is enabled, and section headings, tables and page numbers are kept. The citation opens the page itself, so a technician can check the drawing.

Does it connect to our PLM or MES?

Not directly today. SharePoint and local folders connect directly, and documents exported from PLM or MES can be uploaded as files. The current list is on the integrations page.

Will a technician see supplier-confidential documents?

Only if they can already open them. Answers come only from documents the person is allowed to see, and a restricted file is never quoted to anyone else.

What if no manual covers the fault?

Unnanu says “not found” instead of guessing, so nobody acts on an invented procedure.
